Becky, and what an incredible gift she’s given me – time in Mexico with Charlie to explore and experience; to study everything Spanish; to discover this new city and meet new people; if I want, to eat fish tacos and drink Coronas every night of the week in a different restaurant; to walk and bike the Malecon while the sun is setting and the air is cooling, and the Pacenos are out and La Paz feels alive; to have all of this and more.
This then is the first of many thank-yous, some written, some unwritten, in photos and video (I’m working on that).
Did I mention that I can’t wait for her to get here in a mere 8 days?
(And of course if she asks me to I will remove this public display of emotion.)
